Before getting sick, Chelsea Elizabeth Islan, star of “3 Srikandi”, prefers to lose weight through exercise, diet, and rest. “For me, a healthy life is very important, as sickness can come at any age. I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and so I have tried several methods. Thin is healthy and natural,” she said in Cikini, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (24/2). “Perhaps I did eat any type of food, and I also took the ‘as long as it makes me happy ‘ approach. After becoming a health ambassador, I realized that I have a busy schedule. I want my body and appearance to be slim and healthy. So I learned that we must take care of what we eat, and I have also been receiving guidance from doctors,” said Chelsea.
